Finally. After being written in October 2020, and competing to go to Eurovision, it is now time to put Hullabaloo out into the world!

I've been in something of a Western iconography phase as of late. And I do mean late, because despite when I wrote this song I had barely seen a single Western when I wrote it. It just hit me like a truck all at once, but when I wrote it at the time, I had Swedish singer Anna Bergandahl in mind for it. I did everything I could to try reach out, and started to see Western imagery creeping up in recent Eurovision selections, I felt it was time to stop waiting to be noticed and make this my song.

I went to work finding a great Canadian producer who could bring the cinematic quality of this to life, and then I also separately hired a pedal steel player to add those gorgeous touches towards the end of the song.

I brought this to San Marino this year for the Una Voce per San Marino competition, and that's why it has that as part of it's name. There is a slightly longer version, but it'll be the album version. What album? No spoilers~

But yes, you may have heard me perform it at Further Confusion's FC:Unlimited talent show, or at Furnal Equinox's Fursuit Masquerade where I actually won my first ever competition at a convention! And I'm beyond excited to say this song is now out on all platforms, and for digital sale here on bandcamp. Something to excite you for the upcoming sophomore album rollout that's about to ensue :}
